Cheese Bread

If you went to some of the brazilian restaurants called "churrascaria",  you probably ate some delicious kind of bread in a ball shape called cheese bread (pao de queijo). I am giving to you the recipe to make them at home, very easily. It is true, you can google "brazilian cheese bread" and you will find it out but anyway, I tell you what do do:  first you need to buy a prepared  mix for cheese bread, based on tapioca also called mandioca also called  yucca. You may buy it on line or at the brazilian grocery store, if you live close to one.

Go for a brand name Yoki, just because I tried it and it is good. When you have the mix just add 2 eggs, less than half cup of water and 4 table spoons of grated Parmesan cheese. Mix everything until you have a consistent dough. More you mix better the result. Place small balls of the dough on a non stick tray. Preheat the oven at 400 F and bake it for 25 minutes. Buono appetito!
